We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.

Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
To create an account on mamen4, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match official identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 5.000.000 or flagged by our security systems will require KYC verification before processing. Verification typically takes 2-24 hours during business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify mamen4 immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. mamen4 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
mamen4 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, provided all KYC and anti-money laundering checks are satisfied.
mamen4 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically stated by your payment provider. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name – third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1-5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are usually instant. Deposits made outside banking hours may be delayed until the next business day. mamen4 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. You may withdraw to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours, subject to KYC verification and security checks.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and Rp 200.000.000 per week. VIP members may have higher limits. mamen4 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 5 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals incur a 1% processing fee, capped at Rp 50.000.
All withdrawals must satisfy a minimum wagering requirement of 1x (one times) the deposited amount. This means if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place at least Rp 1.000.000 in total bets before withdrawing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with international financial regulations. Deposits and withdrawals used solely for fund transfer purposes without genuine gaming activity may result in account closure and funds being held pending investigation.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at mamen4's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in each promotion. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus winnings. Each bonus has a validity period during which wagering requirements must be met. If requirements are not satisfied within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses is strictly prohibited. All bets are subject to acceptance by mamen4. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed in your account history, it is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled. In the event of technical errors, mamen4 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.
Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results from governing sports bodies. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled based on official rulings. Live betting odds are dynamic and subject to change in real-time. Bets placed after an event has already occurred due to broadcast delays will be voided.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules, payouts, and RTP percentages are displayed within each game. In case of technical malfunction, all affected game rounds and payouts are voided. mamen4 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions during gameplay.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per week depending on game type and stake level. Specific limits are stated in individual game rules. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full regardless of limits. mamen4 reserves the right to split large payouts into installments for security purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mamen4 is licensed. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms.
In the event of a dispute, users must first contact mamen4 customer support to seek resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to independent mediation or arbitration as specified in our licensing jurisdiction's regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mamen4 regarding use of our services.
These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
